Currently, I work in private practice and use DBT and other research proven practices to help my clients build a life worth living. I am passionate about DBT and behavioral therapy and whole-heartedly believe that these practices work to change people's lives. I have completed a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision. Teaching and mentoring counselors in behavioral approaches is one of my favorite parts of this job!  

Supervision should be a collaborative learning experience. My approach is rooted in cognitive behavioral theory to supervision and each session is structured and tailored to my supervisee's needs. I bring my dry humor and passion for this field of work to every supervisory session. I also believe that learning is a lifelong process, and that I can learn from my supervisees as well. I look forward to learning together.
