I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Licensed Professional Cousnelor (LPC) located in Kirkland, WA. I also see clients virtually in Texas. My practice is forensic focused, and I work with clients with substance abuse and mental health challenges, helping them regain control over their lives. I work with clients ages 18 and up who are dealing with substance abuse and mental health issues to help them regain control over their lives.

Many of my clients are referred from Employment Assistance Programs, law enforcement organizations and provide comprehensive evaluations and assessments for professional boards including the Board of Nursing, and the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). I also help individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, mood disorders, career and relationship issues, and those experiencing overwhelming grief.

During your first session, we will get to know one another. This includes discussing any needs or concerns you'd like to address during your treatment. We will also discuss some of the things you may have done in the past to manage your mental health. I look forward to speaking with you.
