Supervision for LMHCAs

I offer Supervision to Licensed Mental Health Associates who are positive, driven and passionate about their craft. My ideal candidates will have completed a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Counseling. They may just have finished school or coming from an existing agency or community health clinic. Candidates should have solid therapeutic experience and skills and want to eventually go into Private Practice.

I am committed to providing you with the full hours required for licensure for LMHCs. I will give you feedback on a regular basis, monitor your skills, and challenge you to hone your therapeutic approach. Besides clinical supervision, I also teach you the business of the industry and support your professional development as a counselor.  

This opportunity is ideal for the therapist who would like to work in their own office and make their own schedule. Enjoy managing your own calendar and choosing your desired clients.

Monthly Fee of $600.00 (4-6 hours of Supervision)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Able to attend at least 1 hour of Supervision weekly on Zoom

Living and working in WA State

Secured your own office space

Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from an accredited University

MONTHLY FEE:

$600.00 (Weekly Individual sessions plus 1 Group session every month)

My approach to Supervision is to create a supportive environment where you feel safe to ask questions and explore the counseling techniques you most resonate with. The sessions are professional yet relaxed. We will collaborate on your development to grow your confidence and build a thriving practice.
