I worked in community mental health for about 7 years as an associate while becoming fully licensed. I worked on military bases for 4 years as a Military Family Life Counselor. I have been in private practice since May 2024. These are areas of my practice. I treat individuals and couples for mental health issues (anxiety, depressive, substance use, PTSD) and other areas for self-improvement (anger, relational, shame, forgiveness, etc.)
