I have been in private practice for over 12 years and have worked hard at building a practice that suits me. I have learned  what clients I work well with, how to build a network of trusted colleagues, and how to create a sustainable business that serves the needs of myself, my family, and my clients.

I work 4 days per week, two telehealth and two in-person days. While I have a focus and background in trauma theapy, I see clients with a variety of mental health and personal issues. I received my supervisory training while working in community mental health. My supervisors there supported and taught me well, giving me the foundation to support others. 

First and foremost, I want to help you be a better therapist. I believe that happens by building a relationship together.  When the supervisee feels supported and heard in their personal and professional challenges, they are much more effective in helping others. I am here to support you. 

There is so much they don't teach you in grad school! We will work through clinical approaches, ethical dilemmas, documentation, what to do when you don't know how to help clients, how to advertise and network, and an array of issues facing new therapists.
