Cozy therapy office space, furnished with two couches, small tables, secretary's desk, and bookshelf, available for sublet 3 days per week, currently Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, but able to be flexible with those days and offer 4 or 5 days if preferred, at a rate of $150 per day for the whole month, either each day individually or a combination of any of those days, depending on preference. Ideal setup for individual or couples counseling, about 11x10 space, or 11'7" by 9'8" to be more precise. Space is within an office suite shared by mostly psychiatric nurse practitioners and some other therapists, with six offices within the suite, in a building with a few other businesses on a quieter wooded street just outside downtown Bellevue. Free parking available for providers and clients. The office will be available starting May 12, but could possibly be earlier if a certain date is desired. Just get in touch and we can discuss.

The building is secure and keys are available when subleasing the space, so while the majority of the office holds regular "business hours," you can stay late and hold evening sessions as long as it communicated with the building landlord and you lock up after leaving. There is a board at the front door that shows which office suites are still occupied, so evening hours available. I frequently work until 8pm and sometimes 9pm in this space.
