Rent is $1105.58 per month. The room is 120 sq ft. There is an additional quarterly cleaning fee of $150 and a monthly buffer of $100 to cover utilities and basic supplies.

The room is located in a beautiful, professional, and wheelchair-accessible office suite with waiting area, kitchen and parking in the heart of Fremont/Wallingford. Our space includes a front desk counter, conference room, a back office/lab area, regular lab pickups at the building, kitchen with fridge, kettle, dishes and utensils to use, and a large patio with deck seating. We are wheelchair accessible with an elevator, accessible parking and bathrooms, a large waiting room and a parking lot with allocated spots for our clients.

The building has a high quality HVAC system with great air filtration.
