This room will be unfurnished and ready for full time use starting 4/15/25

The room is currently used for acupuncture and can also be used for counseling or other talk therapy. The main part of this room is 9x12 feet, with an entrance that is 8x5 feet, which currently has storage shelves. 

This room is located in a beautiful, professional, and wheelchair-accessible office suite with waiting area, kitchen and parking in the heart of Fremont/Wallingford. Our space includes a front desk counter, conference room, a back office/lab area, regular lab pickups at the building, kitchen with fridge, kettle, dishes and utensils to use, and a large patio with deck seating. We are wheelchair accessible with an elevator, accessible parking and bathrooms, a large waiting room and a parking lot with allocated spots for our clients.

Monthly rent is $1090. There is a monthly buffer of $180 to cover WiFi, tea service, common supplies for the bathrooms and kitchen, and annual services to maintain our group. We collect $50 per month for cleaning services for the common areas.

The space is available full time all days.
