Beth has extensive experience in working with youth, adolescents, individual adults, couples and families. She has been in practice for 16 years and has completed advanced training in both Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Enneagram. She often works with people who have experienced or currently are experiencing a wide variety of concerns. This includes depression counseling, anxiety counseling, loss and grief counseling and disability counseling. Beth's work often includes counseling for persons going through transitions and other life stages, job dissatisfaction, low self esteem, histories of past abuse, parenting issues, ADD/ADHD, and issues connected with gender, sexuality or teenage pregnancy. Beth is supportive, direct and likes to use humor. She utilizes a pragmatic approach in which you learn specific tools to deal with negative and stressful thoughts that often run through your mind. Beth is also fluent and able to counsel in American Sign Language.
