My primarily goal when working with supervisees is to provide a space in which they can discover their strengths and areas to further their growth. Keeping this goal in mind, I provide a safe space to explore transference and personal issues that may arise in working with others. I also encourage self-care and compassion so supervisees can maintain a sacred space for others while avoiding burnout.
