About me

My name is Angie LeMay, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have been practicing since 2002 in many different settings, some of which include community mental health centers, boys ranch settings, group homes, and private practice. My degree is in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University, but I have a passion for individuals outside the marriage and family therapy circle as well. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages. I have worked with many populations and enjoy each and every new journey a client invites me on. I have experience in working with individuals that suffer with depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, eating disorders, fitness and wellness, self-harm behavior, grief and loss, death, personality and mood disorders, ADHD, identity issues, physical/emotional/psychological abuse, addiction, and many more. I enjoy sitting with my clients and letting them guide their treatment and success. My goal is to help my clients identify their strengths within themselves and guiding them as a change agent to discovering their best self in hopes to create their own stories of success.

Angie has been wonderful. She has a gentle but direct approach to help. She is a wonderful listener but has but such a great guide for me in my therapy journey.

Angie is constantly a beacon of hope and calm in my every day. Even if we aren’t in a session it is like she knows when I need to talk or type out something on my mind by checking in with me throughout the week. She remembers and authentically cares about what is going in my life and I don’t feel like I need to remind her of my past like I have for other therapists in the past. I am so happy to have Angie in my corner!

Angie has the expertise and experience to conduct meaningful, effective sessions while also being funny and easy to talk to. She asks the tough questions in a non intrusive manner, knows and remembers me without having to look up notes or ask repeat questions. She checks in via message in between sessions and is always prompt to respond. I can’t recommend her enough!
