About me

Hi,
I am a clinical social worker and mental health professional based in Washington State whose experience in the field started around 13 years ago. I began my work in the field working with domestic violence, sexual trauma and bullying victims and survivors. I have also worked extensively with a wide range of concerns that have included anxiety, depression, self esteem struggles, relationship issues, career struggles, LGBTQIA issues including family and self acceptance issues, life coaching and generally worked with folks who are struggling with many of life's different transitions.

My therapy style is individualized, empowerment based and client center. I believe that the connectivity and alliance built between the therapist and client are paramount to ensuring the client gets the most possible out of their therapy experience. I believe everyone is deserving of kindness, respect, sensitivity, compassion, and the opportunity to achieve their full potential. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, gestalt, psychodynamic, narrative and rational-emotive therapy. I will ensure that our work together and treatment plan is designed to meet your unique and specific needs.

Taking this step to reach out and start therapy is brave and important, I'm very excited to be part of this journey with you and to help you through this current transition in your life.
