About me

I am Debbie and I am happy that you have found my page. Helping people rediscover their passion in life, removing road blocks, seeing the possibilities and having a happier life are what I do best. I have over 14 years in the mental health field and I work with a wide variety of issues.

As a trained, licensed therapist, I know about depression, anxiety, stress and feeling unsure how to go on with a meaningful life. I understand that sometimes people struggle or feel stuck or fearful. Therapy with me means that you can be honest and tell me how you really feel and together we can explore the fears and feelings that you are holding inside. As you get more comfortable talking to me about your wants and needs you will build the skills that help you move into a more meaningful life.

I have an empathic approach as I feel rapport and connection is one of the most important parts of a successful client-therapist relationship. I don't have a one size fits all approach, instead I develop a therapeutic technique based on your specific needs and goals. I draw on cognitive behavioral, solution focused, psycho-dynamic, dialectical behavioral, mindfulness, brief and narrative therapies in my work with people.

I want to help you achieve your goals by providing a safe, authentic, and compassionate therapy setting with an individualized experience. Please let me know how I may assist you.

Debbie listens & always seems to know the right thing to say! She shares the tools needed to help improve your mental health. I feel lucky to have had such a positive first experience with a therapist.

I felt really safe with Debbie. She feels really human, not rigid in comparison to some other therapists I’ve had (not from this app). I appreciate the tools she’s given me during our sessions. Definitely recommend her.
