About me

Hi, my name is Ivette Perales and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor licensed in Washington state with 5 years of experience working as a clinical mental health counselor. I received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gonzaga university in Spokane, WA. My experience ranges in working with clients ages 3-60 years old with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, complex trauma, family issues, personality disorders, attachment, and relationship issues. I have experience working at a community mental health in person setting for 4 years as well as Telehealth services for 1 year.

My approach to counseling is highly influenced by a person-centered approach. I strive in providing a safe, non-judgemental and empathetic climate for my clients. We will work collaboratively to discover strategies and solutions that work best for you.
