About me

Are you or your child struggling with a recent change? Most stress and challenges in life originate from an internal or external disconnection somewhere along the journey. My mission is to provide support for children and adults by helping others reconnect with themselves, with their priorities, their values and their loved ones. A primary goal is to be able to perceive change as a part of life.
I have provided outpatient therapy for over 8 years as a clinical social worker and mental health therapist. I am trained in play therapy and trauma informed modalities, as well as early childhood social skills and challenging behaviors in children.
Currently I am ONLY able to provide video &/or phone sessions for the initial session and then on an occasional frequency thereafter, meaning that the majority of sessions would be through the Live Chat Text modality.
If you believe that this sounds like a good fit, please reach out today to start the next chapter in your journey.

An absolutely amazing therapist. Changed the way in which I confronted life’s challenges, getting me to a place where I can think rationally about them. Very encouraging and always able to bring out the positive side.
