About me

I am a licensed mental health and substance use disorder clinician. I have been working in the field of human services since 1998. I have worked with individuals with chronic mental illness, addictions, depression, anxiety, social anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, abuse, life changes, grief and loss, personality disorders, legal and criminal issues, and child protective services involvement.

I believe that every individual deserves respect and consideration for their respective problems and issues. There is no simple answer to the problems in life. What matters most is how we manage the problems by learning coping skills and empowering ourselves.

I learned evidence-based treatment approaches and use strategies and interventions based on what you present with and what you seek to accomplish.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Kimberly Rose. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I felt genuinely listened to by Kimberly. During our sessions she was professional, communicative, on time, and I would absolutely recommend her. She is supportive, kind and patient. She gently stressed the importance of accountability in doing the personal work needed for success in therapy.

It's as simple as this: I've had dozens of therapists throughout my life, and none hold a candle to Kim. I wasn't sure I'd be able to find someone experienced and intuitive enough to handle my complex trauma, but right away something about Kim showed me I was safe, and I've been getting rapidly better ever since. I'm beyond thankful that Betterhelp helped me find the perfect therapist. Kim truly deserves medals, awards, trophies, bonuses, everything!

Kimberly takes the time to hear what's not said, addresses the bigger picture and the minute occurances, and holds space with compassion and empathy.

Hi,
Kimberly Rose really helped me focus on stress and working on my sleep patterns. Per my fitness tracker, my sleep has significantly improved. I also appreciated all the notes and check-ins during a very stressful time in my life. It greatly helped to have someone to talk to outside of freinds and family. I really enjoyed working with her and highly recommend her!

Kimberly has been a great therapist to work with. She is flexible and easy to connect with. I found it easy to converse and open myself up which has been a struggle for me. She has helped tremendously with my self esteem, internal dialogue, relationship crises, depression, and so much more. I’m am very grateful to have been matched with her.

Kimberly Rose is the best therapist I have had, she is kind, thoughtful, a great listener and she has helpful resources and worksheets/homework to help you! She replies quickly and thoughtfully. I was nervous to try therapy again, but after only a few sessions with Kimberly I regret not trying again sooner. Fantastic experience.
