About me

I provide a safe, supportive space for couples and individuals. We negotiate together how to optimize your experience of living life, your relationships, your work, and we continue to build on that. I believe that we all have the capacity to heal and build the life that we want to live.

I have a wide range in training. I have been specifically training in Emotion-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy and Trauma work. I specialize in attachment theory and enjoy exploring attachment styles with clients. I enjoy working with adolescents, their families and couples on a variety of life issues. I align therapy with principles from Positive Psychology.

I come from a multidisciplinary and multicultural background. I understand that we are all unique and therapy is tailored to your goals and needs. I am particularly conscious of the importance a role culture can play in therapy. In my understanding of culture, I include, age, gender, orientation, spirituality, economics as well as heritage.
