About me

I have been a mental health therapist for nearly 14 years. I spent six years working with children, adolescents, families, and those in foster care primarily helping those who have experience significant trauma. I have spent the last eight years working with adults with serious mental illness and their families to decrease symptoms and increase quality of life. I strive to provide the most client centered experience and to make sure you feel respected while working through areas of your life that can be painful. I look forward to working with you!
