Melissa is very professional and kind. She has helped from day one and every message since. Encouraging but truthful, helping to put a positive spin on the way to think about every situation. She messages back as soon as she can and I hear from her on and regular basis. She also sets up a day and time once a week that we can message back and forth in a constant conversation.

Melissa has been such a great help. I was in a really really dark place after my son's birth (traumatic with time in the NICU). She helped me work through my issues with the hospital stay, as well as with my other postpartum issues dealing with my husband and my loss of sense of identity. She helped me with some of my other life-long issues which include: anxiety, negative thinking, and comparing myself to others,. She really helped me change my life and I would recommend her to anyone!
