About me

We can all benefit from someone to talk to, in confidence. Maybe we have some questions, dilemmas, or looking for relief from situations that we are dealing with on a daily basis or just occasionally. A therapist is a qualified person to help you work through whatever you are experiencing. My name is Patricia Curran and I have been providing therapy to individuals for over 30 years. I have experience in outpatient, inpatient, and confinement settings. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology. My 30+ years have exposed me to many, many situations and as a result I think I can help individuals in their current self search. I use a combination of therapeutic approaches as I believe no one system works for everyone. I believe that everyone has their own answers deep inside, it is just a matter of finding our answers and beginning to incorporate our behaviors and thinking to a better life or at least one we want. If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, daily confusion, relationship difficulties or life difficulties we can go on the journey together to find what you are looking for in life.

Patricia had helped me a ton with getting through a really rough time in my life. Helping me to grieve, to lean into healing and acceptance. She gives me different perspectives on things and situations.

Patricia knows her stuff! She has been a godsend in helping me stand my ground against the toxic people who once wronged me. She encourages me to think for myself, and stand up against people who try to take up rent space in my head. I would not be able to reclaim my life after narcissistic abuse, if it weren't for Patricia's unwavering support during the times I had to flee to safety, wait things out until the person who made me feel unsafe had finally left my house after showing plenty of grace in giving them to do so. Thank you, Patricia!

I feel safe. Heard. And she always has a great tip to take home and use. She is very knowledgeable and knows how to talk to me in a way I understand. It’s not common. But it was easy with her.
