About me

My name is Rachel and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (and Licensed Mental Health Counselor) based in Idaho. I provide counseling to teens, adults and families and enjoy working with individuals experiencing a wide ranges of challenges. I use an attachment, interpersonal and strength-based approaches to help you understand yourself and others while working to improve the relationships in our life. I work to empower and encourage you through using a wide range of intentional therapeutic techniques and interventions.

I believe that counseling is a collaborative process that emphasizes the client-therapist relationship. It is so important that you feel comfortable and that you find a great fit!
