About me

Greetings!
I know how scary it can be to reach out to someone. I hope this message helps relieve some tension in this time of healing and understanding. I am licensed in Washington with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I also have experience working with compassion fatigue. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
I do reach out quite frequently on the platform, and welcome any questions you may have- I try to get back to you as soon as possible within 24 hours, and you are welcome to shoot me a question or ask for advice anytime night or day. The message system is available 24/7 for your convenience.
I don't have a set limit if you miss appointments, I understand life happens and is very messy, the last thing I want you to stress over is missing your appointment. People become forgetful especially when dealing with life. I am very flexible and welcome all people from different walks of life no matter what.

Rachel is incredible. She is an active, empathetic listener and does a wonderful job of validating my emotions and helping me to identify where I may be having irrational reasoning. She does so with gentle grace and I feel very lucky to have such a supportive professional to help me with my mental health journey.

Rachel has been an amazing support since I started Betterhelp. Navigating childhood trauma and the subsequent fallout has been incredibly difficult in the past, and Rachel has been one of the first therapists I’ve seen that seems to really listen and understand.
