Those who have in some way witnessed abuse, major losses, or other overwhelming events often experience anger, depression, sleep disorders, new fears, and troubled relationships. The effects of trauma can impact victims long after the incident. Trauma victims have difficulty expressing their experiences directly and effectively through words. I am passionate about healing mind, body and spirit and truly care about my clients well being.
