About me

How would you define the biggest challenge you're facing in life right now?

Welcome to my page :) I'm a licensed clinical mental health counselor in the state of Washington. My degree is in Clinical Forensic Psychology which allows me to understand clients going through situations such as incarceration, drug court, and probation. A few years ago, my family and I made the big change moving to the Midwest. Currently, I work out of the state of Wisconsin where I live with my family providing mental health care to an underprivileged population. I have worked with clients in Washington and Wisconsin on concerns from depression to psychosis and everything in between the past 7 years. I would be proud to be a part of the journey you are on to being your best self.

Style: I love learning about client's culture, story and really getting to the root of who they are at their core. I'm a safe place to share those truly dark moments you've experienced and work into the light using effective clinical intervention techniques. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. I meet you where you're at in this process, and take things at the pace you choose. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Positive Psychology modalities to assist in your journey. I have live chat, video and phone sessions available to schedule.

I also want to be up front that as I do work during the weekdays I will not be able to respond to messages until after work. Lucky for my PNW clients, that is about 3 pm your time. Also, if you are looking for someone that has more of an open availability to message back and forth during the day- I am not the right fit for you.

I have experienced many raw moments as a therapist with my clients and don't shy away from the reality of how hard life can be. I look forward to working with you, being that safe space and working towards your goals and successes.
