About me
Therapy is the profound crossroads where science, art, and philosophy meet. In my practice of the counseling profession, I seek a balance that is informed by science, built upon the diverse traditions of philosophy, and functions as a craft acquired through practice, patience, and passion.
I have a decade of experience in helping individuals and families to navigate their struggles, connect with their strengths, and find hope. I received my graduate degree in Counseling from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington in 2011, and I'm a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist and a Domestic Violence Evaluator in the state of Idaho. In my counseling practice I draw upon evidenced based practices in my work with individuals and families, including Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy. I hold credential as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington, and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Idaho.
