I believe the best thing was having a male therapist.
I say this because my issues were very much a man's career issue.
He was able to get right to the subject and prescribe questionnaires that were directly related to my issues.
Well played......

Trent is open to my concerns and issues while having the ability to further narrow down the problems to a base element. He does this while keeping an unmatched level of compassion, relatability and professionalism. I highly recommend him.

Trent is very validating and has made me thankful that I’ve started going to therapy for the first time. We have only met once, and have chatted via message some, but I’m already seeing some things differently and looking forward to making changes in the future.
