As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Oregon and Washington, and also a certified Addiction Counselor, I try to offer a humanistic, integrative helping hand to clients experiencing aspects of anxiety, stress, depression, interpersonal relational challenges or behavioral and chemical addictions, as well as major life transformations such as marriage; divorce or personal loss. Having a prior business managerial background helps expand my awareness of workplace – related issues, dilemmas and career changes.
