My combination of agency and private practice keeps me in touch with challenges faced by my supervisees. My style is reflective and practical. I have worked in a number of settings over the year that include health care, child welfare, community mental health, family support and education, public health and private practice. I have been providing supervision since 1996 and have been a WA State Approved Supervisor since 2005. I thoroughly enjoy supervision. I currently offer both group and individual supervision. My practice is committed to principals of equity and inclusion. Approximately 60 percent of my caseload is clients and supervisees of color or sexual minority. My groups are informal and fun but focused, and productive!
