I earned my MA in Psychology at Antioch University, Seattle. I offer thoughtful and compassionate care to all clients, and honor cultural diversity. I counsel heterosexual, polyamorous, and LGBTQ individuals, couples, and families. I also have a great deal of experience helping clients with drug and alcohol counseling. My approach to counseling is client centered, interpersonal, and existential in nature. I strive to help my clients develop strong communication skills, strengthen relationships, build community, better navigate life transitions, find relief from depression, manage stress-related symptoms, and overcome addictive behaviors. I also counsel from a holistic perspective and envision mental health as a balance of mental, physical, and spiritual elements. My rates are $75.00 per 50 minute session,and $100.00 per 75 minute session. I am willing to work on a sliding fee scale for those in need.
