You are making a courageous choice in seeking counseling! I know it is often difficult to ask for the help we need, so take a deep breath - you are here! In my counseling practice, I work with individuals to address a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety and stress. I specialize in working with survivors of trauma and abuse.
Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in education and the nonprofit sector for 20 years. My experiences teaching and working with survivors of trauma and abuse are what led me to my work as a counselor. I delight in journeying with my clients as they seek healing and change.
Counseling at its heart, is about building a therapeutic relationship of trust and care. As we begin our work together, my role will be to listen deeply. Your role will be to tell your story. We will work together to find your unique path to healing and change.

¡Hola!
