Group Description:
Circle of Healing is a Seattle group for Healing from Emotionally Abusive Relationships. Did you grow up in a family where there was frequent Verbal Abuse? Have you been in a partnership with someone who was Psychologically Abusive? The chronic stress of dealing with an Emotionally Abusive Parent, Partner, or Boss can lead to mental & physical health problems. It is confusing because the emotionally abusive person is so certain that it is your fault. Like many others, you may be experiencing some of the following symptoms: depression or anxiety, intrusive thoughts of abuse, numbing, isolation, reduced self-esteem, difficulties concentrating, people pleasing, care taking, or perfectionism. Groups are part discussion and part curriculum. 2017 Start Dates: Jan. 10, April 11, July 11, Sept 19
