I work with individuals and couples on a great variety of issues. I come from a strength-based approach focusing on your strengths and how to use them to overcome your weaknesses. I offer a variety of services: premarital counseling, couples counseling, parenting, and divorce counseling for couples or individuals. It is a six week course in a small group format that is based on research to strengthen your relationship and prepare for marriage. The Premarital Package: a six session package covering the same content but in a private setting. Premarital Counseling: some couples request unstructured time to focus on specific skills the couple wants to work on. Other couples just want a few sessions to help get them through the stress of the wedding or the blending of families.
