Thrive Counseling Center, LLC is a growing and expanding practice looking for an exceptional therapist to join our team for a contract position that allows for focus on therapy and provides complete administrative, marketing and billing support. This position serves a wide range of clientele with a majority of referrals being for couples counseling and child/family counseling. What we offer: * Immediate referrals and the opportunity to develop your practice to the size you prefer. From part time (minimum 12 hours) to full time. * Fully functioning office environment: Use of up and running fully furnished, ADA accessible office spaces, HIPAA compliant computers, waiting room space with front desk reception support, coffee and tea services, and all janitorial tasks taken care of. * Full administrative support: Our office manager extraordinaire will support you with all administrative aspects of your practice. You get to do therapy. We get to do the rest (scheduling, billing, dealing with insurance, and marketing support) *Supervision and consultation: Our team is here to support you with clinical supervision (if you are an associate), and consultation (no matter how long you've been doing this!) whenever you feel like you need to walk through a tough clinical challenge. We love working in collaboration with you! From our monthly team meetings, to a quick phone call or meeting...we are here to support you and the success of your practice. *Vacation coverage: The ability to take time off of work knowing that your clients have a qualified therapist available and on-call for your clients needs should they need support while you are gone. * EMR system and use of our 100% HIPAA compliant practice technology: Our systems are fully functioning and ready to go. We have a 99% paperless practice. You can access your scheduling, charts/notes, and new client paperwork, voicemails, and HIPAA compliant email all online. We have developed systems that keep your time spent on administrative work outside of sessions to an absolute minimum.

What you offer: * Associate License: 1 year experience post graduation * Fully Licensed: Active License in Washington State * Training AND experience working with children/families and/or couples * Impeccable ethics in all aspects of practice * Ability to provide theory driven therapy with a strong sense of effective case conceptualization * A team player attitude and desire to work in a collaborative environment focused on providing outstanding services to the clients we work with * Strong desire to learn how to grow and develop your practice and your niche areas of interest * Experience working with individuals with neurodevelopmental challenges (Autism, Asperger's, ADHD) preferred but not required. Compensation based on billable hours and associated rates that will be discussed in more detail upon contracting. Typical compensation rates dependent on experience and caseload size: Associate Therapist: $20-50 per session Fully Licensed Therapist: $50-75 per session Enrollment on insurance panels is welcomed but not required. Preference will be given to candidates who are available to work some weekend days.
