First Year: Focusing for Therapy and Healing In the first year (5-weekends) training program, you will learn and practice Focusing and how to bring Focusing deeply into your life and clinical practice. You will gain access to the rich inner wisdom that unfolds as you find Presence in your own life, and then how to facilitate a Focusing-Oriented approach to healing with others. Those wanting to continue will need to commit to the next four workshops of the five workshop series. Prerequisite: A guided session with any Focusing teacher. I offer a reduced session fee of $75 for those registered for the workshop. A guided session helps prepare you for the workshops by giving you a solid experience of finding and interacting with a felt sense during your session. Focusing-Oriented Therapy (FOT) and Healing Year One Workshop dates: 2018-2019 FOT 1: August 25th and 26th, or October 6th and 7th, 2018 FOT 2: November 17th and 18th, 2018 FOT 3: February 23rd and 24th, 2019 FOT 4: April 13th and 14th, 2019 FOT 5: June 1st and 2nd, 2019 12 CEUs available per weekend workshop
