My practice includes a team of over 20 dedicated behavioral health professionals including licensed mental health counselors, marriage and family therapists, and independent social workers. I provide therapy for anxiety, depression, relationship distress, parenting training, workplace performance, career transition, positive adjustment to multiple sclerosis, and cognitive-behavior therapy in support of medical treatment for opiate dependence. My clients typically engage in therapy weekly for 1-3 months. I help individuals and couples create and sustain the positive changes they seek in their lives. I provide a supportive environment for clients to practice skills designed to enhance personal, relational, and professional satisfaction. My approach to therapy is brief, client centered, and outcomes-focused.
