I believe strongly in the interconnectedness of mind and body. When the various aspects of our lives are in harmony we are our truest self. Through the course of life we may experience disruptions in that harmony. In times of disconnect or self-doubt it can seem as if we are climbing a mountain never reaching the top. The idea of seeking out help can seem daunting, but you are not alone in your journey. My approach is a collaborative one that explores both past contributions to current problems as well as present disruptions in self. I work from a client-centered, strengths-based approach and will work with you at your pace of processing and self-discovery. My goal is to help you discover barriers impeding your ability to be a healthy and whole individual. Through a therapeutic relationship built on trust, nonjudgment, and compassion we can work towards your goals.

My work includes individual therapy with children, teens, and adults. I also specialize in working with women who are facing a variety of life circumstances including but not limited to self-esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, societal expectations, and life transitions. I have been trained in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and trauma focused cognitive behavior therapy (TF-CBT).
