I currently work with couples, families & adults. For over 8 yrs I have taught Gottman workshops for couples (premarital & around the transition to parenthood) and trained in Gestalt Therapy for individuals & couples. Gestalt is my theoretical foundation; I deeply believe in its dialogic stance & the importance of learning how my clients make sense of their life & construct meaning in their lives. I find richness in many other modalities & integrate those when appropriate to help my clients: Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), DBT skills, mindfulness, stress reduction, as well as cognitive & behavioral strategies. My therapy is trauma-informed & culturally sensitive. I work with clients of all identities & from all family constellation

Supervision is the foundation of clinical development, & one of the most important & influential processes in the personal & professional growth of a clinician. My goal is to apply a developmental model of supervision to help you: understand your clients, be aware of your reactions to the client, apply your theoretical lens to the therapy, evaluate your interventions, & explore multiple modalities of working. I will support you, validate you, & challenge you. If you are in private practice, I will also help you with your business & administrative responsibilities.
