One office is set up for children and small groups with play space and toys. Both offices are quite large (over 200 square feet each). There is also a calm waiting room with tea, water, comfortable chairs and free wifi, and a cafe in the building. Located right on bike path for easy access, easy walk to South Lake Union museums and restaurants. Kayak rentals and boat rentals nearby for lunch hour fun. Plenty of city parking available for just $1 per hour. Fees are $200 per month for Fridays, $150 per month for Saturdays, $100 per month for Sundays. No storage available.
