Sublet in Downtown Seattle Core and/or Northgate!

I’m a licensed psychologist and currently hold leases on two offices, one Downtown and one in Northgate. I’m seeking licensed therapists/psychologists to share both spaces.

DOWNTOWN: Well-appointed, furnished 540 square foot individual office and private waiting room on the 14th floor in the National Register of Historic Places’ Seattle Tower at 3rd and University. With views of the ferry, mountains, a corner location, lots of light and charm make this a welcoming space. This space is available full days on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. The monthly sublease rate is $720 for 2 days a week, $1080 for 3 days a week ($90 a day) in this lovely and well-maintained building.

NORTHGATE: My second available office is located in  the Executive Office Building located just to the south of Thornton Place and Northgate Mall (155 NE 100th St.). This location, a 813 square foot space, includes two offices and a private waiting room. Our  individual office is approximately 250 square feet and is furnished, well-appointed with one wall of windows. This space is available full days on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The monthly sublease rate is $480 for 2 days a week, $720 for 3 days a week ($60 a day) in this well-maintained professional office building.

Both offices are located across their respective streets from public bus transport and existing (Downtown) and future Link LightRail (Northgate). A minimum of two days per week is required. The sublease rates are transparent, with full lease rate disclosure on request and include coffee and tea service for you and your clients, as well as basic office supplies/printer.
