Over the last 10 years, a bulk of my experience has been with individuals and families in crisis in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings. My experience has made me generally unflappable and ready to tackle your most challenging life issues. My approach is to empahize you as a holistic being, not just a body with a brain. My mission is to increase your level of consciousness around places you are stuck and to help you move foward. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused CBT, and Motivational Interviewing.

I have a special interest in treating individuals who may be experiencing change of life issues (death, divorce, new job etc) and the anxieties that come with all of that. I also enjoy working with individuals who may have experienced military/first responder trauma. I'm also experienced working with military spouses, infertility, and chronic illness.
