Focusing on couple counseling, I love helping people fall in love again. I am trained in EFT (Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy) which utilizes emotion as both a primary source of information, and as the means for bringing healing. I work with individuals and couples, adolescent through adults.

Many of my clients are recovering from trauma of all types. Trained in Lifespan Integration, I'm privileged to watch people find healing from deep wounds.
