I provide individual and family counseling for ages 13 and up, and especially enjoy working with queer identified people and third culture kids. As a relational psychodynamic therapist, I enjoy thinking about one's intersecting identities and how that impacts relationships, life choices, and all the transitions that show up during teen and young adult years. I've had my practice since 2014 while I was working full-time at a community health center, and transitioned into full-time practice in 2017.

I value how each therapist provides a unique aspect to this field and am interested in helping you grow into your own intuition and style of therapy. I provide a consistent, supportive base that you can lean into to foster your own growing mind as a clinician. This looks like reflecting what I'm hearing, discussing themes, countertransference and somatic manifestations. 

I became a supervisor as a Mental Health Director when I lead a team of about 30 therapists. Through this position and my transition to private practice, I've learned about ethics, paperwork, policies, varying therapeutic orientations, boundaries, and building a sustainable business. I enjoy supporting supervisees in all these different facets of clinical work.
