I am experienced in handling depression, anxiety, relationship problems, family conflict, domestic violence, dating violence, childhood abuse, body image, anger, low self-esteem, divorce, and general identity development issues. I help teens and adults develop assertiveness, set boundaries, and form healthy relationships. I also work with parents to address "out of control" adolescent behavior problems from a parenting perspective. I view counseling as a collaborative process and give my clients compassion and respect in our work together.

In addition, I specialize in working with people with who engage in self-destructive behavior. I provide help, advice and counseling for people who cope with depression or anxiety by cutting themselves or engaging in other self harm, self-injury, or self destructive behavior.
