***Openings available Tues & Wed*** Weeks, months, or possibly years pass while ignoring a nagging sensation in our minds/bodies. The sensation is communicating to us that something is not right. When we listen, we might notice a few things. In our work, we might feel overwhelmed, dissatisfied, or worthless. In our day-to-day life, we might feel irritated, guilty, or uncertain. Maybe we notice overall feelings of hopelessness, worry, and fatigue. We want to be free of these feelings and have more meaning in our lives, but we don’t know how to start or what to do next.

As a mental health and relationship therapist, I work with individuals and couples to find their starting point. Together, we identify meaningful goals and a plan to reach them. Extensive research has shown therapy is most helpful when you feel heard and understood. I will listen and seek feedback to support you throughout counseling.

As people, we are meant to connect with others and to be heard by them. You are worthy of being seen and heard, no matter where you are in life. Your story, your struggles, your feelings will be listened to. As we work together, I will be alongside you to help you navigate the path toward the life you desire.

I have been working with people for several years, resulting in lasting change. I have helped individual clients:

  • address underlying mental health issues that negatively impacted relationships in their lives.
  • find joyful/productive working relationships after being crippled with work-related anxiety and stress.
  • regain a sense of safety and tranquility in relationships after being paralyzed by complex PTSD and trauma.
  • gain a controlled and self-aware state when anger starts to take over, allowing existing relationships to thrive.
  • find inspiration to go after a new chapter in their lives after experiencing an end to a significant relationship.

Additionally, I have helped:

  • partners struggling to understand the mental health needs of their significant other and adapting their communication style for more success.
  • couples constantly irritated with their significant others to willingly go on date nights with peaceful and compromised planning.
  • families chronically yelling and arguing transition to more compassionate conversations and respected boundaries.
  • premarital couples gain a sense of confidence and reassurance entering marriage.
