Wild Foxgloves Counseling PLLC

Cresaya Lacy

Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA)

I provide online counseling sessions using Doxy.me, Vsee, Simple Practice.

Wild Foxgloves believes it's possible to find healing from deep heartache and trauma. Perhaps you know your story, or perhaps you just long to find the source of your depression, insomnia, anger, feeling lost, overreacting, or other symptoms that linger. Or maybe you wish to break the cycle. Whatever path brought you here, we welcome and cherish your story and strive to provide the support you need to turn over the leaves of past and present to bring healing to today.

Knowing we can only engage the heartache of others to the depth that we have engaged our own, our counselor, Cresaya L. Lacy, is committed to her own healing journey and knows on a very personal level the transformative healing that can result from counseling. Wild Foxgloves' commitment to you is that we will engage our own heartache and continually seek to provide care that is authentic and real.

We welcome individual adults, particularly young professionals, who wish to deeply engage their story or symptoms such as above that linger. Our approach is kind, compassionate, authentic and real. Our work influenced by Allender and attachment theory, is primarily narrative focused. During her internship, our counselor, Cresaya L. Lacy, worked with individuals who had suffered childhood trauma. She has extensive experience with concussion, traumatic brain injury and chronic illness, is currently pursuing certification in Narrative Focused Trauma Care, and is supervised by Abby Wong-Heffter, co-founder of The Allender Center, who has extensive experience in trauma.

“I thought--‘Another damn therapist.’ Well no--you’re not. You’re not another damn therapist.”

~Court-ordered client

"You're not like other therapists. You're not jaded. You treat us like real people."
