Love being a therapist… but not loving working in the community mental health setting, not loving working alone? This job is for you! We are looking for exceptional mental health professionals and team players to join our thriving busy work family. This position allows you to focus your time on client care, providing therapy and counseling services to multiple age groups!
(Currently all teleworking).

We are specifically looking to hire Therapists (W2) who:
-Love working with people and emotion! Are willing to learn Emotionally Focused Therapy(EFT) & Family (EFFT). Love Attachment work or willing to learn it. Are willing to learn a different more connected way to practice! Want to grow and feel supported by a team, as a therapist.

We are seeking individuals that work well on a team, enjoy the supportive environment of a team, AND can work independently as well. You must have excellent attendance and reliability, as your clients depend on you. You must have punctuality with your daily required documents and signed notes, as well as licensing requirements including continuing education.

As an employed Therapist here: You will be providing mental health counseling services to a variety of clients and ages. You will be providing direct counseling services, and a lot of it! With minimal paperwork required.

Full time hours, pay per billable hour, and full of client contact with minimal documentation (and ZERO billing paperwork)! Evening and/or Saturday hours are Required as this fills your schedule most quickly.

DETAILS and COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:
TYPICALLY A FAST BUILD to Full Time, Evenings and/or Saturday hours required. Currently all Telework.

Compensation Structure: Monthly payroll structure, per billable Client Hour at a flat per hour rate.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be: Licensed in mental health in WA, with a license in good standing with the state. LMHC or LMFT or LISW, Associates LMHCA's considered on a case by case bases. Must be able to utilize evidence based practice in treatments and document such. You Must love dogs! You have done your “Person of the Therapist” work and walk the talk!

• Master's (Required)

Experience:

• mental health counseling: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Mental Health Counseling Lisc of any type (Required)
