Position/Job Description:

Earn from $62,260 – $65,000 depending on your experience. Our Seattle Behavioral Health Team is looking for a dynamic, engaged Clinical Supervisor to provide thorough clinical supervision to our small, dedicated team of therapists.  We have therapists from all backgrounds and disciplines who are passionate about providing comprehensive, culturally responsive community mental health services to children, youth, and families.  Under the general direction of Atlantic Street Center’s Behavioral Health Program Director, the Clinical Supervisor, supervises a staff of seven clinicians and conducts intakes. Responsibilities include clinical and administrative supervision of counseling behavioral health staff, assistance with program development and implementation, attendance at meetings within and outside the agency, help managing day-to-day site functions, and active collaboration with other community agencies.

Full-time Atlantic Street Center positions offer free monthly premiums for employee medical, dental and vision insurance; 20 days paid vacation, 12 paid sick days and 11 paid holidays per year.

 

 

 

Qualification Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in one of the Mental Health or Social Services sciences.
  • Two years post graduate experience providing therapeutic services to diverse communities; LMHCA, LSWAIC or LMFTA; LMHC, LICSW, LMFT (preferred)
  • Experience working in community-based mental health programs
  • Experience working with children & youth, families & parents/caretakers within a family systems approach to care.
  • Supports a positive and healthy work culture based on transparency, collaboration, honesty, and best practices.
  • Supports a work culture that advocates for social justice for the populations that we serve.
  • Strong skills and knowledge base of clinical care standards.
  • Proven ability to deliver effective counseling services.
  • Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of DSM 5.
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of Evidence-Based Practices in a therapeutic setting.
