Hello,

Therapy office in Kirkland available to share.  The office is within a suite of 5 offices, total.  Most clinicians are in mental health with the exception of 1 office for massage therapists.  The office is conviently located near 405 (70th exit) and is caddy corner from PCC.  It's also walkable to Starbucks and  Met Market, across the street.   The building exterior has been repainted in the last year and has recently had some landscaping by the front door entrance.  The bathrooms, located adjacent to the suite, will soon be remodeled.  

The suite has a great vibe, drama free clinicians, and a peaceful energy.  The waiting room has chairs, spring water, and tea for clients.  The community office area (for clinicians only) has a printer, scanner, small refridgerator, and microwave.  Wifi is available for clinicians & clients.

The room is 10x16 with a large window and 4 therapy chairs and small tables.  The other half of the room has a long table and chairs to use with clients or doing office admin. & a counter space on the far end, lots of cabinets, bookshelves, and drawers, complete with a sink.  We would be sharing the storage areas (each of us would have their own cabinets, drawers, & shelves) including a large, lockable cabinet that is available for HIPPA compliant chart security (for each of us).  The decor has a minimalist vibe.  The room is big enough to use for couples, families, expressive arts, or small groups.

Proof of state licensure, liability insurance with general liability added on, and covid policy compliance are required.

The office is available to share for most of the week, 5 of 7 days.  Days the office is available are: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.  The office is shared is with this therapist, Amy, who is currently in the office on Mondays and Wed's only.  There is a slight chance that Amy will need to use the office on Tuesdays, in the future, but most likely, Tues. will be available ongoing.
