We are looking for a mental health practitioner (social worker, therapist, counselor, psychologist, etc) to share our space. We are two full-time licensed mental health counselors.

We have two private offices available for sublease in our suite. We remodeled the office to create a warm and inviting space for our therapy practices. We are open to day use only and may also furnish the office space. Please contact us directly to negotiate your needs.  

We have a larger office that is 108 square feet (12' x 9'). This office features upper cabinets for private storage. We are asking $625 per month for this office.

The smaller office is 72 square feet (8' x 9'). There are no storage cabinets in this space. There is a storage closet with shelves that would be available to store personal supplies. We are asking $550 per month for this office.

The total suite square footage is 1204. The suite features a private waiting room, a group meeting room, and two private bathrooms. There is also a small kitchenette with a coffee maker and microwave. Rent will include the use of the common areas, wifi, and all utilities. Tenant is responsible for keeping their private office clean.

The Eastwood Building is on the bus route and is two miles from the ferry terminal. There is ample free parking available.
