I believe supervision is a dialogue. I share my experience, thoughts, and tools through discussion, case consult, and psychoeducation. You share your experience, ask questions, learn, and grow.

My goal is to help you take the next steps to become the therapist you want to be.

I beleive supervision should provide a safe place to enhance and develop your skills as a clinician, help integrate theory with clinical practice, discuss ethics, issues, and concerns, and to increase feelings of competence.

Please note, I only accept supervisees committed to LGBTQIA+ allyship.
